Everything had a wonderful flavor. My only comlaint is that the tri-tips were over cooked. I requested my order to be cooked Medium but received well done tri-tips. This made them a little dry and tough.

The tri tip was inedible! So tough no flavor and undercooked. The ribs were good. A little overcooked but it was almost closing when I ordered. The baked potatoe and salad were great. Fresh

the tri tip was nice and rare and tender.
the ribs were just how i like them, not falling off the bone and the sauce was delightful.

Ribs had a weird smell and were not hot. Meat was not fall off the bone but quite chewy. On a side note the salad and fries were great. Fries were crispy and hot. Salad was great. Dressing was a nit runny could have been thicker.
