The food was good but the chicken fried steak was terrible! It was the thinnest piece of meat, about the same thickness as a slice of bacon. I also requested a pancake and was given toast instead. No one called to say they were out of pancakes if that was the case I would have chosen grits. The home fries are always a treat even though they don't have onion and peppers anymore. Asked for eggs to be scrambled lightly and they were. That was a plus. I always eat here but this was my first time trying the chicken fried steak and I will NEVER buy it again. Would have been better off ordering the bacon.

I ordered sausage with the breakfast and they gave me what looked like Eckrich sausage from the grocery store. Not pork sausage links or patties. I threw them in the trash. Poor Richards has really gone downhill since it changed hands.

Catfish was delicious tender and crunchy The mashed potatoes and gravy was not good I've had better mashed potatoes.
