I wish I had the inclination to take a better photograph. However, I'm far more interested in scarfing this food down while I write this review. I've had Indian food before, but I lost interest due to the flavors seeming so heavy and sauce-driven. But THIS! Man whatever this food type is (and im gonna make a point to learn about it)... it's just to die for. Complex and interesting flavors. Delightful balance with regard to acidity and oil/fat, savory and sweet, brightness and heat. I love how you can taste the rice as a base for showcasing the flavors of the dish. This is in contrast to what I'd come to expect from what I perceived as Indian food, which is thick, heavy sauce overpowering whatever it is that others poured on. Im so glad I branched out. I also tried the Mango Lassi and I LOVED it. Especially with this dish ( Shri Roast Biryanimp )

Paneer Biryani was average. Salt was less and spice was also less. Could be much better for the price as it is highly overpriced for the quantity.

The price was incredibly high for what we received. I'm hoping we caught them on a bad night.
The Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken were so dry that they were scratchy. The sauce was very thin to the point where the chicken couldn't hold onto it. The naan was tough like a dense, burnt cracker. The Garlic Naan had not a single spec of garlic on it.

Worst hot and sour Hot N Sour Soup (Veg)(vegetarian) I’ve ever had. The Chicken Biryani was also not good as the chicken had a strange odor.
