Burgers were perfectly grilled, fix'ns were fresh, and the entire order was correct! (That's hard to find with take-out these days.) To top it off, the gal running the To-Go station was really nice and very thorough.

I love the way they put mushrooms in a side dish so the bread ( mushroom burger) is not soggy. They send sides of seasoning so it can be added to the delicious steak fries.

For some reason take out is like the bottom of the food barrel and not as good as if you were there. Fries had no seasoning :( chicken was very dry! And carrots looked like they scrape them from the ground after falling.

Food was cold. And not the fault of the driver as was delivered within 10 minutes of picking it up. Mac & cheese for kids wasn't even a normal size portion as when dining in. Bacon cheese burger was burnt on edges. Fries were either soggy or so hard couldn't eat them.

Fantastic!! This one right here NEVER disappoints! Super friendly, attentive and kind, happy to fix an issue if you have one! It's the ONLY Red Robin I can say I'll visit and visit often! You cannot top this level of service and food perfection.
