• DoorDash orderDidnt receive my Famous Meal #3: Cheeseburger. Got the hot dog, onion rings, and cheese sauce, but no cheeseburger. So typical, this place is garbage for accurate deliveries - this is at least the fifth delivery where they have forgotten an item. Otherwise, the food is alright.

• DoorDash orderThis restaurant will miss at least one of your items every single time. Worthless quality control for items, even though the food is decent for a "Portillo's". Not what you would expect from a restaurant that supposedly has 4.7 stars. I guess I get to eat my cheese sauce by itsef without my side..
