Portions were pretty good except the Berry Berry Berry Good® was lacking in the berries department. It was mostly the sweet cream ice cream with just a sprinkle of berries. I love the sweet cream ice cream and had added a caramel topping so it was yumny...but wished they had given some more of the berries like other cold stones. I had a gotta have it size but had berries that were appropriate for a like it size. Maybe they were having an off day. My other flavor orders were just fine no comments from the kiddos. Would've taken a picture but everyone inhaled the cold stone as soon as we got it because it was a sweet ending to a dance convention/competition evening.

Props to the customer service! I ordered the Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip® with a waffle cone late at night. I received a less than satisfactory waffle bowl (overdone or not fresh and broken), but in turn they increased my size and excellently churned together the ingredients. Best mixing experience I've had!

the ice cream for the Create Your Own Creation was really great but I ordered the love it size and got the like it size instead. HELLOOOO IM TRYING TO SHARE THIS BECAUSE ITS SO DAMN EXPENSIVE FOR 2. Wish I had more to eat 😒
