What has happened to the crisp /tasty hash browns I remember? They are gelatinous and undercooked now. Will stop ordering the meal option until improved.

I've had some bad breakfast 2 Sausage Burrito Meals from other Mcdonalds before, but these were perfect! The Hash Browns were perfectly crispy, and the Caramel Frappé was delicious! Favorite McDonald's yet!
