Recently the chips from this location have gone from bad to worse- they're often unsalted and stale. The chicken is always hit or miss as to wether you'll receive nice chunks or globs of fat holding tiny bits of chicken together. My kids never complain about their quesadillas, they just wish they had the option to double or triple the rice or beans as side options with the quesadilla meals. As it stands, you're only able to chose 1 rice, 1 beans and guac or salsa (or sour cream, lettuce or... fajita veggies? I can't remember) to fill that third slot. My kids really want to be able to fill two or all three with rice or beans. Otherwise its your standard Chipotle fare across the board.

I ordered a burrito with half chicken, half carnitas and it had no meat in it. Just loaded with rice and sour cream.

I love Chipotle but this visit the toppings (particularly the steak I ordered) were EXTREMELY lacking. I think I got four pieces of steak total? Someone rushed and sent out a poor quality meal

Never EVER have I ever, in all of Chipotledom, been more disappointed with my order. I have lived all over the great state of TX & every chipotle's burritos & bowls have always been made with an actual well overall Hefty serving. Our bowls servings didnt even fill half of the bowl, if didnt know any better, would say, either someone ate it before it arrived or the evening crews sole desire was to handout scraps & close, to go home. W ordered brisket & chicken, and there was literally 2 little squares o chicken, a chuck of fat with bbq brisket sauce. We got veggie fajitas in our Bowles that didnt ask for and 4 very small, bottom of the barrel let lettuce leaves.. looked more like pieces of parsley. what happen Chipotle?! We know times are tough, but for $12 could've gotten some actual meat & head of lettuce, my goodness, not even utensils. I hope this is a 1 time incident, would hate to boycott Chipotle all together. I will say thank you to the 1 person who actually read the order & include my side of white rice. At least we got that right.
