Just because the menu is in Vietnamese doesn't mean these people know how to cook! I ordered shrimp spring rolls and the broiled lemongrass chicken rice plate. The shrimp in the spring rolls was a slice of shrimp about as thick as a potato peel and loosely bundled romain lettuce was the primary ingredient. The lemongrass chicken was cut paper thin like paillards, then grilled to the texture of shoe leather, with no hint of lemongrass. Fortunately, I had some in the fridge.
However, the rice portion was generous. The leftovers should make decent fried rice. I really love GOOD lemongrass chicken. (sigh) The quest goes on...

The 29 PhoGa tastes good but it has little chicken. I don't mind paying a bit extra for a better portion but this was skimp

Best pho in Dallas, so glad it's finally on DoorDash. The 28. Phở Saigon is phenomenal, deserves all the praise in the world, couldn't recommend this place more.
