This place is GREAT. I order from Tere's 2-3 times a week as I WFH in Studio City. I've come to know the people who work here and they're also great (bonus.)
My favorites are the chicken tacos al carbon (so basic, so delicious) and chicken enchilidas suizas. I am sure the rest of the menu is great, but I literally don't need to find out. Their Micheladas are legendary.

This place is not the same. It used to be so good. Not sure what happened. The diced chicken clearly came in a prepackaged store bought container of some kind. The food was slapped together in a styrofoam container. Cold and tasteless. Asked for no sour cream, but they piled it on the nachos from what had to be from a squeezable container. So disappointing.
