Rudy's is my favorite BBQ place in Colorado Springs! But my first order from them using DoorDash left something to be desired. Somehow, I ordered at just the wrong time, when they were apparently out of both turkey and sweet tea. What a travesty! I received more Condiments than I asked for which is no big deal at all, but the Smoked Potato seemed a tad less cooked than usual. I'm used to buttery soft spuds, while these made me feel more like a dwarf from LotR on a mining expedition. The meats, however, are always the stars at Rudy's and shined as brightly as ever, sufficiently satisfying the craving I had when I first placed the order.

The Moist Brisket was so tender & juicy, so full of flavor! The Pork Ribs were the perfect point between "toothsome" and fall off the bone. Excellent seasoning in the Rudy's Regular Sausage. Absolutely LOVE that Cream Corn!
Everything had wonderful rub and smoke! Can't go wrong with the BBQ here!
