• DoorDash orderEverything tasted fresh and the drinks were made correctly. The bagels were toasted and warm although one had way too much avacado spread on it. We always order from this store when we stay downtown for Animate and Matsuricon!

• DoorDash orderThey sent me 2 cardboard tubs full of ingredients, not 2 Sausage Scrambled Egg Loaded Breakfast Wrap . A total sloppy mess. I don't know whether they ran out of wraps or if I got pranked by the store employees, but either way it was tough to try to eat and really unappetizing to handle.

• DoorDash orderI ordered the Chicken Salad Sandwich which is the least expensive one but they were out so they decided to charge me for the most expensive sandwich Turkey Bacon Club and did not attempt to contact me or provide me any chance to choose something else.
