Every time I place an order here at the Rockwood, TN McDonald's they leave out an item. It never fails I always end up shorted on something purchased. 2 Thumbs Down!

shake was unavailable, fries were ice cold and hard. I ordered orange hi-C which was also unavailable. I was given coke as a replacement and a blue freeze to replace my Strawberry Shake. The blue freeze is very sugary and not for me.

The sandwich was good. The fries were cold. I didn't get the Strawberry pie, I received the holiday pie. I didn't want the holiday pie. I don't like it.

I ordered 2 McRibs a few nights ago, and they barely had any BBQ sauce on them. Tonight I paid extra for additional sauce and one of the sandwiches had zero BBQ sauce on it. NONE!
