This restaurant tends to be spicier than other Indian places in the area, which I love! The Chicken Tandoori - Full was tender, moist, and delghtfully spiced. The Butter Chicken, however, was oddly sweet and had a bunch of small pieces of cartilage throughout it.

The food was everything I wanted and hoped for and the friendly staff were just an added reason to order from 1947 again. I will just order from the restaurant and skip the Doordash app next time since the app was saying 'preparing your food' when the order was ready and waiting when I arrived.

usually everything here is great. I don't recommend the hyderbadi chicken byrani unless you seek nothing but bones and fat. nect time I won't let the reviews on door dash sway me from my usual selections which are always delicious
