• DoorDash orderboba came with no straw, no ice, and the topping either dissolved or was forgotten. the cup is 25% empty? the beat cup came with no lid and was used, with liquid inside. it also had a partial sticker ripped off.

• DoorDash orderConsistently good drinks. Every now & again they overbrew the black tea so it's a little bitter but the Hokkaido Black Milk Tea this time was tasty. The Lychee Green Tea with Aloe Vera is my favorite drink of theirs. The Brown Rice Tea is a new favorite.
