Food taste great as usual. The biggest pieces of brisket I've had from them! Baked beans and turkey bbq always hit the spot.

The Fried Chicken was by far the best part of this entire spread! Seasoned really well and fried to perfection. The white breast meat was juicy, and the skin had a good crisp on both pieces. The brisket was just okay, to be honest. It was a little dry, and it was dependent on the sauce to do the heavy lifting. The mac and cheese was just okay, too. The aftertaste was a little strange. I am unsure how to describe it. The Cole slaw was pretty good, and I liked eating it with the brisket. The biscuit and hush puppies were a bit above average, so I'll give them the pass. Overall, this spot is good bang for your buck. I highly recommend the fried chicken. Maybe it was an off night for the brisket, it happens.

The service was quick and the people working were super nice!The food though! This food was truly amazing! First off, the pulled pork bbq was one of the BEST flavored bbq I've ever had! And I have tried bbq from oh so many locations in many areas of both North Carolina and South Carolina! The brisket was just plain amazing. They aren't kidding when they say "fork tender"! The flavor was subtly spicy, heavy on the deep rich meat flavor. The biscuits are great too! I did not try it but my friend ate every drop of the Brunswick Stew and said it was excellent. The macaroni and cheese was good but unfortunately not great. I've definitely had better from many places. My friend ate the hushpuppies and said basically the same on those. But really, not complaining even slightly! It's called "The Pit" and they do their specialty, MEATS, just awesomely! We will definitely plan to return if in the area again!

Fried Green tomatoes are AMAZING! Ribs were good, chicken could have used some more seasoning but cooked well. Mac N Cheese good too. As far as biscuits, they were a little old/dry but expected through delivery. Overall, really good!

Chopped Turkey was so good, the chicken was tender, the Mac and cheese was so cheesy and yummy, and the mash potatoes was just amazing
