The sandwich is just ok, nothing to write home about. There are pieces of other ingredients that I did not order. The bread was over toasted, i.e. burnt. The dreambars are just ok too. I'm not really impressed with the food. It's been years since I had potbelly, but they are the only place I could find that doesn't put onion in the tuna salad. Won't be ordering here again.

Smoked Ham oh my GOD. they do not disappoint with their mayo either.

I always order the same thing, the Smoked Ham sandwich, with varying toppings and a different side or desert. Every time it's made perfectly, and it's still warm when it arrives. I'll be ordering again soon.
Chocolate Brownie Cookie was delicious as always!

The only sandwich that came correct was the meatball. The turkey sandwiches and the Italian all came dry with just meat. At least they were warm.
