THE SERVICE Although there was an error or glitch that occurred were it was not showing my order then showed it picked up, the staff and the manager Island were so amazing and focused with getting resolution as those was my first order. Island was able to determine my food has not gone out and was able to get my order prepared for delivery. They went above and beyond. They did not blame anyone or refer me to DoorDash. They were experienced to resolve the matter. They followed up up with me and I was able to notify them of my food being delivered. THE FOOD This was not just a regular burger. It was juicy and moist. The bacon flavor was amazing. The onion rings had to be double or triple dipped because they alone were filling. Even the fries were good. I plan to visit this location in the near further to experience this awesome crew!!!

Every time I order from here they forget something. This time DoorDash quoted 40 minutes for the delivery. It took over an hour and a half and they lost my order and had to remake. The first dasher waited there for almost 30 minutes and finally had to unnasign herself. A burger and fries from this place is 25 dollars and it is super mid. When you're charging this much for what is essentially upscale fast food you cant mess up every single order and expect repeat business. Burger 21 is a similar restaurant in kennesaw. Much better food and much better service. "Hopdoddy" could learn a thing or two. For this much money go get a burger from Bones for about the same price or get takeout from Seven Lamps or the General Muir. They have infinitely better burgers than this.

The Magic Shroom was okay not that many mushrooms only about 8 on my burger. The burger had good flavor but was soggy. My sauces for my Hand Cut Chipperbec Fries also weren't included in the bag. A little disappointed because i love the burgers here

Doddy melt was too salty. Sweet Potato Fries were cut in really small pieces.
