I am a fan of Blue Bottle in general; however, I am quite disappointed in my first experience in ordering them on DoorDash. Two of the four items in my order were missing and one of these was substituted for an item that was listed at a lower cost but somehow I was expected to pay more ...? And not get that item in the end anyway ...? Worked it all out with DoorDash customer service but hoping this is just a one-off - overall not a good experience. I order regularly from DoorDash across a variety of restaurants and have not had this happen. Giving three stars because the items I did get are tasty (would have been two otherwise).

I placed an order with the sole intention to get a Caffè Latte and they failed to include it with my order. Very disappointed!
