Why do we go to such lengths to roast our own coffee beans by hand?
Because of the altitude, we can roast them for longer at lower temperatures, resulting in a smooth, bitter-free finish.

The Latte (20 Oz) was great. The Lani's Special burrito (which I assume is not made in house) was mostly potato and very gluey on the inside, had very little bacon, and was under seasoned. I will get coffee from here again, but I will not order a breakfast burrito again.

This is the 2nd latte I've ordered that should have been oat milk, but they used regular milk. It might be good, but I'll never know because I couldn't drink it.
