I've had their food before so I know I love it! But PLEASE! Update the DoorDash settings to stop taking orders maybe 30 minutes before you close? I ordered about ten minutes before closing (I wasn't aware and I apologize for that) but the app said you keep taking orders until 9pm. But that of course isn't the case. Just a thought to make that small change, otherwise I have no complaints with the store!

All elements of the food tastes like the inside of a store. I'm pretty sure that may just be Jimmy John's brand and not a comment on the local store itself.

It's confusing when it says ur order is still being prepared and does tell you when its on its way or let u know who is bring ur food the food was good but it needs to be fix when its out for d and who is dasher is and when ur dasher is on the way to the store plz get this fix

Maybe of just replacing someone drink with toilet water lemonade you call them and ask what they want if you don't have what they ordered and also no bread is easier to understand then unwich just a tip...
