The quality seems to have dropped significantly recently. I have ordered the same spinach mushroom Benedict at least 15 times before. Last two times has been disapointing
You need a microscope to find the spinach and mushroom. Hollandaise sauce was non existent.
I always ask for eggs fully cooked, and they always honored that. Not anymore.

The food I ordered was great, cinnamon pancakes with the protein lover scramble, but I paid extra for real maple syrup and was given the tiniest amount of obviously not real maple syrup and I really needed utensils as I was at work and did not have any and they forgot those. Luckily I found some leftover utensils in a drawer. It just seems par for the course in customer service these days but I'll give 4 stars for the yummy food.
