• DoorDash orderI must admit there are several times we've been disappointed with a dinner order from Pollo Loco. This order of a leg/thigh 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo was simply great. Chicken was perfectly prepared, not dry, and just delicious! the sides were coleslaw, corn and Rice, also fresh and tasty! Next time we're in Benicia / Vallejo area, will definitely order from this Pollo Loco again! Great food at a fair price.

• DoorDash orderthe 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal was not edible. the wing was cooked too long and hard that it was crunchy and couldn't eat it
The breast was over cooked and dry and couldn't eat it. I am very disappointed as I usually have a pretty good experience.

• DoorDash orderThis is only the second time ordering from here. A little disappointed this time. Ordered the 12pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal. The chicken pieces were very small. The drumsticks looked like wings. The breast pieces looked like thighs. Everything else was pretty good.
