I was blown away by their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Instead of just processing my order, they went above and beyond by taking the time to personally call me to double-check everything. It's rare to find such attention to detail and genuine care in today's world, and Insomnia Cookies exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for scrumptious treats and outstanding service!

• DoorDash orderTook an hour and 20 minutes to get me 6 cold and tiny cookies. They use a private courier so I didn't get any notifications, driver just showed up late. This place is 10 minutes away from me. What took so long? Why is everything so overpriced? Would never recommend to anyone.

• DoorDash orderI didn't receive the cookies I ordered and the ones I got were thin and broken. I also did not receive the pint of ice cream I ordered. Extraordinarily low value for the cost. You all sell cookies and ice cream... how hard can it be to get a basic order correct?
