I always know better. Their quality has gone done hill over the last decade, and their food just doesn't taste that great. It has a very 'frozen' taste to it. This time, I thought, "maybe it'll be ok this time. Maybe they'll have a new CEO who fixed the quality." And every single time I am let down and left extremely disappointed. Again though, it's my own fault. I know better.

Just Horrible! Always missing items! Didnt get my 8 Pc. Mozzarella Fries. Burger had no mayo on it. Burger King do better!!

My Spicy BK Royal Crispy Wrap had the smallest piece of chicken and didnt even fill up half the tortilla. The 4 Pc. Cheesy Tots® wasnt even cheesy they were really greasy and cold, not satisfied with my order at all very disappointed honestly should refund my 22$ back

The food was very dry and nasty and cold, didn't like my order and didnt even eat the food actually threw away the entire Spicy BK Royal Crispy Chicken was very un happy about my order this time.
