The bread is stale, the tomatoes are soggy, and the flavor is bland. I've had better sandwiches from a gas station! Why is this place rated so highly???

One of the worst sandwiches ive ever had. Very low wuali bread and ingredients. It was The Italian Bite so at least the meat was good... but the rest was not. The Californian Caprese was even worse
