• DoorDash orderThe chicken quesadilla had hardly any chicken. It was more of a cheese quesadilla. the soft taco Supreme was a mess and had no ground beef. the beefy 5 layer burrito had no cheese inside the second tortilla. it was basically a double wrapped burrito. the Mexican pizza was a hot mess. no sauce or cheese on half of it and hardly any ground beef in the filling. I keep giving the New Albany location chances but the quality gets worse and worse.

• DoorDash orderI ordered steak as my protein for all items but they were all ground beef. The nacho cheese cup had barely any cheese in it, literally less than 1/4 full and only enough for a couple tortillas chips. And the tortilla chips were either undercooked or stale. Normally never have issues with Taco Bell but this time was disappointing.

• DoorDash orderThey seem to always forget some from my order at this location. Good luck with trying to reach someone too. The 2 Chicken Chalupas Supreme Combo were cold and the bread was not done. My Cinnamon Twists and Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were missing from my order. Will definitely not order from this location again.

• DoorDash orderone of the Chili Cheese Burrito was a third of the normal size. all items were cold and the Cinnamon Twists were super stale.
