I ordered an Americano (16 Oz) and asked for it iced with some other requests and my coffee was tasty and perfect per my instructions; the Veggie Panini arrived still hot and didn't get mushy at all! so good!

Wild how this place charges extra for toppings and then doesn't actually GIVE you the toppings you paid extra for.
I paid extra for jalapeños and what happens? No jalapeños on the sandwich.
This isn't the first time either. Seems to be a pattern with this place.

TERRIBLE.
Almost $20 per sandwich and both sandwiches were wrong. They didn't even bother putting cheese on The Italian. They left off the jalapeños I paid an extra $1 for on the Beef and Cheddar.
Alara used to be good, but it's declined in quality SHARPLY.

I ordered a Deluxe Grown-Ups Grilled Cheese which with optional add-ons was essentially a BLT but with sprouts and cheese. It was an excellent sandwich - fresh, crisp, fragrant; everything promptly served.
I'm coming back next time I'm hungry for a sandwich.
