The XL Chicken Souse portion was good but it could use more seasoning, it was bland. I added my own seasoning to it to make it edible.

I tried this establishment for the second time and I have to admit I was let down. While they give you lots of boneless souse meat I don't think the meat was properly cleaned. It had a distinct off putting flavor that I can't forget. I seen the lime in the bag and had high hopes but the flavor isn't that same classic souse taste like I'm used to. I'm weary of trying a new dish at this establishment. I hope next time for the souse they at least clean the meat.
