The food was very fresh and crispy. I just wished I had a bigger sauce. but overall, we were satisfied and hungry, that Harold's was able to come through on Christmas eve

chicken breast was undercooked. shocked because i've never had undercooked harolds before. probably will not order from this Harolds again... everything else i got was mid. im curious if this is an actual harolds chicken

The chicken was salty and I'm not talking about the lemon pepper, the actual breading was salty. Also, the chicken tasted like old oil was used. Lastly, it was fried so hard that most of it was not edible (the meat was crunchy and dry). The fries were good. I would've appreciated a little more mild sauce on the fries.
