My Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread tasted great! My Bottled Drink (dole lemonade) tastes very good and my hot tea is perfect. Even though the store was far away my Dasher delivered my order quickly. Thank you Dasher! Thank you Dunkin'!

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered 2 dozen donuts from Dunkin’ and what I got were clearly old, stale, and cold—as in straight-from-the-refrigerator cold. The texture was dry and rubbery, like they had been sitting around for days. If I wanted leftover donuts from last week, I would’ve checked a gas station. For a place that claims to serve fresh daily, this was a total letdown.

I order Iced Tea every single time and every single time it is BAD or OLD iced tea. I only order for the tea. I have called the Dunkin Donuts in advance for them to check or taste how fresh the tea is and they NEVER answer the phone and it says there is NO VOICEMAIL SETUP. I have to ask Dashers to ask Dunkin Donuts for me me but often they don't see my message in advance. I spend a lot of money on multiple iced teas that get THROWN AWAY. Sometimes if I get a hold of a Dasher in advance they will ask for me and the tea will then be fine. I guess even though I am an avid Dunkin Donuts fan, this location gives me NO CHOICE but to LOOK ELSEWHERE for delivery of iced tea. Basic Iced Tea is really not that complicated. REPEATEDLY serving paying customers food or tea that is old or has GONE BAD is unacceptable.
