incorrect items for two orders consecutively now. going back to cold stone for ice cream from here

They ran out, but never cancelled my order or informed me to revise it, just waited until the door dasher came to pick it up before letting them know to change my order on the spot. I don't appreciate that and cancelling was too late.

Grandsons dinosaur ice cream not in a dinosaur cup... Explain that to a 3 year old. His and my ice creams we're supposed to be rocky road they were both plain chocolate. Is the dasher supposed to check the order?

They never get the order right. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried 3x. Avoid this place at all costs if you want ice cream lol
