I think the changed tge recipe. I looked it up on google because I used to get baskin robbins all the time but now it taste horribly cheap. Apparently they're using more gums. Xanthan gum & etc. The text wasn't even like ice cream more so like a whipped topping/ marshmallow cream.

I placed an order for a fresh pack, they spent 45 mins telling me why they did not have pre packed. Even called me and the RUDE employee was so incredulous tht he wasn't even listening when I kept reiterating my ACTUAL order. Do not order from the 14841 COIT location EVER!!!

Absolut nothing was correct in my order. Got double of what i ordered single, got double of 2 other flavors instead of 1-and-1 of flavors i ordered. Just a completely wrong order.
