Was alright, portion sizes were a little smaller than I expected but they were very filling. Slow Roasted Chicken was so soft, it fell apart on a fork. Delicious, but a little too salty. Still likely nothing compared to other fast food joints. Clean Vegetables felt a little like they had been chopped into oblivion but they still tasted fresh for steamed veggies, and good, like the broccoli has never been frozen which is a great sign.

I'd rather spend 40 bucks on this than KFC, or Popeyes, but at the same time if I have the time I'd rather just buy some veggies and chicken from the grocery store given the choice, as it's far cheaper.
but if that's what's going through your head, remember that health is more important than saving money, and if you don't have the time to shop and cook, this is a solid choice and your body will thank you.

Ive been meaning to find a new healthier spot with fresh food, especially late night. This place is really good! Great prices, good portions and tasty! Love that I can have a Green Smoothie at 11pm if I feel like it. Will definitely be back.
