Ordered a sandwich that had estimated delivery of 15 min. I could walk to this location from my house in 5 minutes but I was on a work call. After waiting for over 45 minutes I went to store, they made me a new sandwich and I was done eating before delivery was ever made it to my house. I believe the store is trying to handle deliveries itself and not doing a good job. This is one of multiple times we have had major issues with delivery. They are also not noting the true time that the sandwich left the store as it continues to sit in order being prepared status. I appreciate them making a new sandwich, however, this issue should have never happened.
