Favorite and ONLY boba tea/milk place that will get my business. The owner and staff are so nice and considerate. My go-to is the 7. Brown Sugar Boba Thai Tea Never fails to taste amazing!

The strawberry boba was over done and it just tasted really mushy and was not good. The macha itself taste very artificial and weirdly powdery.
