You cannot get better king crab legs anywhere else! Jack's always has the best and freshest. 10/10

Won't be ordering here anymore. I've typically enjoyed their fish sandwich and lobster Mac and cheese bites but the driver always has to wait a long time for the food and all of my food was undercooked. Flounder was completely raw in the middle, I gagged, and the Mac and cheese inside the balls was so soft and mushy it seemed undercooked also gagged.
Too expensive for this, waste of my money.

EXPENSIVE!!!! BURGERS ARE REALLY UNDER COOKED FRIES ALWAYS BURNT EVEN THE CHEESE WAS BURNT ON THE Cheese burger Platter .... IF YOUR GONNA EAT HERE JUST ORDER SEAFOOD!!!!

Clam chowder was okay, short rid grilled cheese wasn't the best but I've the Lobster mac and cheese bites and the fish Famous Shack Fish Sandwich truffle fries were a bit too truffle and not enough parm

I ordered the lobster bisque, lobster empanada and lobster roll. It was all very very delicious! Highly recommend! Thank you guys for the order, well packed.
