So good. Store packaged it well and the taste was spot on. Coldbrew is my goto drink. Better than an energy drink any day, and then the Salted Caramel Cream on top smoothes the coffee bitters right out.

We had a delivery issue as you see in the pictures, but let's focus on the positive. Look at that beautiful foam on the cold brew. Absolutely perfect amount! This balances the bitter chocolate notes of the cold brew. Great job!

This store never gets the order right. I ask for no ice but got extra ice. Also if you order in store there is no charge for classic syrup. If you order it app, it is $1.20 more per pump. That's ridiculous. 25$ for 2 mediocre drinks. Packaging is phenomenal and delivery was great. Let's get the order /options right. To improve customer satisfaction.

Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew never made correctly. This had less than 1/4 inch of foam and it was just sweet cream not salted Carmel. The cold brew's taste is bitter not smooth, most likely from incorrect water temp, or stiring it, ratio. This is all I order so I know and love a good smooth cold brew. This is multiple times I have ordered this and gave feedback.

Taste of coldbrew is bitter and dark. All I order is this drink. It is not being made correctly. It is a slow process extracting the smooth coffee flavor. It is not stirred or made with the wrong temp water. Additionally the cold brew salted carmel cream should be about 1/2 to 1 inch of foam. You can also see the foam consistency is grainy. It is disapointing that it is consistently made wrong.
