Ordered an egg and meat bagel with garden veggie cream cheese, but received a plain egg and turkey bacon bagel ); It is so dry I couldn't eat more than one bite.

Unfortunately as much as I wanted to luv this order, I did not. Conceptually, with fresh made bagels and fresh ingredients it should be great but unfortunately it's not. The bagels themselves are undercooked and lacking in flavor (I got the Asiago). My BAS did not have the melty cheese nor much flavor at all; the vegan GG was also very blah with very hot red onions. Sad morning since I wanted all the flavor in a fresh find - too bad.

They ran out of bagels except for raisin, and instead of canceling my orders they just went ahead and made sandwiches with that nasty disgsting bagel! Such a waste of money/ also their chicken saladsandwich is not chicken salad is not chicken salad, it's just chicken breast! What the heck! Disgusting. This place has no concept of making a good bagel.

Joe's Special on Jalapeño or Desi on Whole Wheat (both under Specialty Breakfast Sandwich) are my go-to breakfast items. Delicious!
