The Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen was so good. The broth was perfectly rich, the noodles were al denté, and the addition of brussels sprouts was a fresh new take on ramen I didn't know I needed in my foodie life. I can't wait to try other ramen variations from here.

When i first ordered the Eel Avocado roll it said it was still in stock later i check it wasn’t anymore. The Black Milk Foam Tea tasted like milk with ice, and the Tempura Fried Oreo the texture was like warm soggy oreos. I do not recommend ordering here.

I had very high hopes for this place as there aren't many good ramen stores close to me. Other reviews rate this highly, and the price (although pretty high) had me feeling confident it would be great. Sadly, it was a very disappointing bowl. The broth is very flavorless with a hint of spicy. the noodles are not what I would describe as ramen noodles, more like spaghetti? The bamboo tastes like it has been freezer burnt. Pork was also very, very bland and disappointing. The brussel sprouts also do not add any service as they contribute to a bitter taste in the broth. Overall, for nearly $40 just on two bowls, this was very low quality.
