Starbucks's is always pretty good... my only complaint with ordering online this time was that I paid extra for "extra" caramel in my caramel macchiato and it looks and tastes the same as it would without it... This seems to be the case most of the time. I guess I won't pay for extra next time!

The chocolate croissant was missing, one latte had spilled because the lid wasn't closed. The potato chive bake was gooey--not cooked enough. No receipt on the bag to show the list of contents. Yesterday our order was perfect. This Starbucks is complet hit-or-miss and has no quality control.

Who ever is making these drinks suck! They cannot make a simple hot chocolate. If I wanted milk and cinnamon but that was not my order. I always ask for extra mocha but it seems as though they decide to not add any.
