I orered a caramel macchiato from the "hot coffee" section and, for whatever reason, I received an Iced version. Was not very happy because I wanted it hot, however, it was still pretty good. Too sweet though. Also, the bag it was in was leaking.

Delivery is always poor. My drink is either spilled or missing things I specifically asked them not to forget. My drink tonight arrived missing cold foam and was practically half empty

They want to charge you for every little thing that you add. 1 pump is 75 cents or $1.00 plus only for them NOT to add it. In my order I paid for Extra Caramel Crunch to be added and there wasnt any. In the drive thru they are stingy with caramel etc eventhough you pay for it. Im not a fan of this Starbucks location
