They were busy so they sacrificed quality over money. Loaded Cheesesteak Fries were soggy, undercooked, and not seasoned. Steak was good. I would much rather have waited longer for something better.

Worst cheesesteak ive ever had. They even put pancake syrup instead of ketchup in it. Who the heck has pancake syrup on a cheesesteak

Food didn't look anything like the picture what do ever and I only ate it because I was really hungry , for $11+ I don't recommend and I think I'll never spend my money here again

Ordered a Chicken Cheesesteak with an extra side of cheese sauce. Didn't receive the extra cheese sauce. My drink came in an IHOP cup? Don't understand that. And then the sandwich is ADVERTISED with melted provolone and cheese sauce. But I got melted provolone and mild cheddar or even yellow American, maybe? I'm not even sure. And just a word of advice... either cook the fries AFTER the sandwich is made so they're still hot OR get some vented containers so they don't come sweaty and soggy.
