Love the food. But I keep ordering the tempura green beans with ranch. I even go so far as to order extra ranch but I NEVER get any ranch with my order. It's infuriating.

I ordered onion rings/french fries. I got 5 very small onion rings and a bunch of soggy fries. The napkins provided were covered in grease and not useful. The burger tasted good but was also cold. Overall not impressed

Charburger with Cheese was made exactly according to instructions which is important to me. The 5 pcs Crispy Chicken Bites were delicious especially when paired with the boom sauce, which is a spicy Mayo.
