Man, I'll be honest. it'll probably be the last time I order from here. The salmon used to be so fresh and properly proportioned. The past few times I've ordered the Curry Salmon, though, it's been old, dry, over salted and small. Like they left week old cooked fish on a plate under a fan and then put it in an air fryer, before dusting it in salt. Even some of the veg was inedible on this order. I had to spit it out. Couldn't be chewed. My two stars are for the curry and rice. At least that part was edible. Nothing else was worth the almost twenty dollars. Yeah, mainstay no more. What a bummer.

Food portions of chicken were pretty small. Food was very tasty, but like warm to room temperature. I would order again though.

Always fresh and tasty food in generous portions. The proteins are cooked just right, especially the fish, and they usually get all my customizations correct for a filling, low-carb meal.

Winter Favorites

Chef's Bowls

Our grain bowls are built on a bed of warm heirloom rice and topped with plenty of veggies, humanely-raised proteins and complementary sauces that help bring out the flavor in every ingredient.

Salads

Our incredibly fresh salads are tossed to order and topped with hot, hand carved proteins. We take great pride in making everything ourselves, from cutting whole heads of lettuce and fresh fruits and veggies to our selection of scratch made gluten-free dressings. Salads are offered in whole or half sizes. Nutritional values include medium dressing.

Sandwiches

Our sandwiches are made to order and toasted to perfection. Gluten-free bread options are available and all sauces are made from scratch in house and are gluten-free. Served with house-seasoned kettle chips.

Pizza

We stretch our high-protein pizza dough to about 12" in diameter, top it with the highest quality ingredients we can find, and cook it at about 700 degrees in our brick oven. Pizzas come in two sizes, whole and half, and gluten-free options are available.

Soups

Our soups are made from scratch, gluten-free and seasonally delicious! A vegan option is always available.
