Laab salad dressing is phenomenal. It's the limey, fish-saucy, Thai chili-y, cilantro-y, like dipping sauce we crave when we think Thai cuisine. The Sticky rice is just as important to sop it all up. I only wish they served Tiger cry but this is similar enough in flavor profile. So delicious.
Custard and sticky rice is fire and comes with a coconut milk sauce. Don't be afraid to try it out- you'll crave it ever after.

I get the spicy level at a 3. Heat level 3 is where I would start. I enjoy hot stuff and it's enough to make my nose run while eating but not so much that the flavor can't be enjoyed. Don't go higher until you've had it prepared at this level.
