• DoorDash orderThe presentation of the food was great. The reviews were even better. I was stoked to get this Doordashed to experience the balance between the "qualities concept of fine dining and casual experience." While I didn't get to dine in, the way it was delivered was top notch.
I tried their chubby roll, genki roll, and fish tempura Fish Tempura Roll 6 Pieces . I was pretty disappointed. Of the three, the Chubby Roll was the best one, but only if I dipped it in the ponzu sauce.
I normally don't eat sushi with soy sauce, and just top it with Fresh WASABI (Recommend) bc sushi doesn't need any more flavor than that. Unfortunately, this experience wasn't one of them. however, the Fresh WASABI (Recommend) was really good, but the food didn't compliment it. enough umami and nice kick to it.
all the sushi taste was "off," and fishy (but not the fresh tasting kind of fishy). Taste was bland and watery taste. hard to define. Genki Roll 6 Pieces was definitely my least favorite and most bl
