the quality and taste of the food is getting worse and worse, even the appearance of the food leaves much to be desired.

Love their food. It has been consistently good every time I have ordered.
The only suggestion I have (as an old guy who has to watch his sodium intake) is that they offer a "no added salt" option.

One small hair was on one of my beef pelmeni. Good thing they put that in a separate container from the chicken pelmeni. Chicken pelmeni was delicious. Pampushka was stale.
