The cookies are tasty sure, but they're also pre-packaged, so they're not exactly "out of the oven" fresh, just in case you were perhaps into that sort of thing.

As a long time cookie connoisseur, I really appreciate the freshness and softness of the overall cookie. In addition, the filling as well as the dough of the cookie complement each other very well unlike other cookie companies. Keep up the amazing work

Would be nice if they mentioned that you need to heat up the cookies yourself like literally everyone else does. It just comes pre-made in a plastic bag
