Store employee went out of the way to call and make sure we were happy with our order when they ran out of a specific flavor. They helped us substitute for a different flavor and were very patient on the phone.

The order wasnt even close to what we ordered. We wanted a Banana Royale with 2 different types of chocolate icecream. Instead we got vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. We also ordered a Banana Royale with one scoop of chocolate icecream and one scoop of cherry. All we got was cherry ice cream.
